Our Quality is Hidden in Details
Our manufacturing facility has its own machinery and equipment park in all stages of the production process until the pure lamb wool is washed and turned into a wool blanket. As a business, we show the necessary sensitivity and sensitivity about woolen products to the finest detail.
Slant Opening / Wool Sieving
In addition to the cleaned pure wool we procure from our local suppliers in the market, we process it in our own in-house machine and make it ready for production.
Painting
The wool that has passed through the cleaning process is taken into the dyeing process in line with the colors determined by the stock or the customer respectively.
Threshing Preparation
In the next stage after the dyeing process, we make the determined wools ready in the places determined before the machine combing respectively.
Yarn Preparation
The prepared wool blends are gradually formed into yarn by passing through the card and vargel machines.
Weaving
The resulting wool yarns are turned into raw blankets in the weaving machine according to color order.
Edge Knitting
After weaving, the blanket fringe / edge knitting process that we applied before finishing is applied.
Apre
Raw blankets, whose edge / fringe knitting process is finished, are taken to the cleaning process. We make them ready after drying and feathering applications.
Quality Control and Packaging
In line with the request of our customers, we make our products ready for the final consumer by labeling, garmenting and then packaging after quality control.
